    Initial consultations can occur before surgery, this approach is highly advised. Your initial consultation appointment can be by phone, virtual or in person. Connecting with a fit specialist prior to surgery can provide you with important information and will ease your concern about your final fitting experience. Your follow up consultation can be decided upon during the initial visit. Virtual Consultations are highly recommended for your Initial consultation. You will meet your Fit Specialist in the comfort of your own surroundings, your fit specialist will answer all your questions and provide you with a convenient time for your in person fitting.
  • Are these products and services covered by insurance?
    Your consultation is complimentry. The products you purchase are typically covered by most private insurance plans under your medical benefits. The benefit frequency and amount varies from plan to plan. Your Fit specialist can help you understand the details of your benefits. In some cases direct billing is also available. In the province of Ontario The ADP Breast Prosthesis Grant will support a portion of the cost of a prosthesis, your Fit Specialist will provide you with the specific details and help you access these funds.   • Can I see a Fit Specialist at a Hudson's Bay location near me?

  • Do I need a Doctor's referral?
    A Doctor's referral is not required for consultation. However most insurance companies DO require a Doctor's prescription to accompany any benefit claim you may make. Your Fit Specialist can assist you in getting the necessary paperwork.
  • Do you ship outside of Canada?
    Flat rate international shipping rates are set.
